Formerly known as Addy Dental Care, our practice has been providing high-quality dental care to families across Plymouth and the surrounding areas for decades. While our name may have changed, our commitment to compassionate, professional care remains exactly the same.
At Leypark Dental, we believe that everyone deserves access to excellent dental treatment in a warm and welcoming environment. We offer both NHS and private dental services, ensuring that patients of all ages receive the support and care they need – whether it’s a routine check-up or a more complex procedure.
Leypark Dental has a proud history of providing high-quality dental care to our community. The practice was originally established in 1981 by Dr. Paul Hudson, who founded it—quite literally—in the middle of a field. Dr. Hudson cared for generations of patients until 2008, when Drs. Stephen and Amanda Addy took over and continued to uphold the practice’s strong reputation for patient-focused dentistry.
Since 2023, Leypark Dental has been led by husband-and-wife team Dr. Lowri Hope and Dr. Jon Hope, both graduates of Plymouth University (2013). Together, they bring a shared commitment to clinical excellence, modern dentistry, and compassionate care.
Supporting them is a talented team of dental professionals, including Dr. Charlotte Nestoruk and Dr. Ioan Price, who have a particular interest in aesthetic and restorative dentistry. Our two highly skilled dental therapists, Casey Flack and Emma Routley, are especially passionate about preventive care for children and young people — helping our youngest patients build healthy habits for life.
Alongside the clinicians, our dedicated dental nurses, reception team, and practice manager play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the practice. Their professionalism and commitment help us deliver the friendly, caring experience that Leypark Dental is known for. We couldn’t do what we do without them.
